Thoughtful support tailored to you and your situation

Mental health assessment

A psychological assessment is a structured and comprehensive evaluation of your current difficulties. It involves exploring your presenting concerns, relevant personal and clinical history, and any contributing factors that may be affecting your well-being. Following the assessment, you will receive clear, evidence-informed recommendations for appropriate support. This may include a suggested therapeutic approach or, where clinically indicated, signposting to alternative services, including NHS or community-based options.

Therapy for Adults/ Young people

Following an initial session, if psychological therapy is considered appropriate for your needs, we will work together to develop a tailored therapy plan. This may involve individual sessions with you, therapeutic work with your child, parent sessions, or a combination of these approaches. The length of therapy can vary and may be short- term or longer-term, depending on the nature of the concerns and what feels most supportive for you and your family.

Couples therapy

Couples therapy can be beneficial not only when you’re facing challenges in your relationship, but also when you’re looking to deepen your understanding of one another or explore specific areas of your partnership or family life. Many couples choose therapy as a proactive space to strengthen their bond, clarify expectations, or navigate life transitions together. It can also offer valuable support in improving communication, helping you express your needs more clearly, listen more openly, and build healthier patterns of connection.

Clinical supervision

Clinical supervision is an essential part of ethical and reflective practice for mental health professionals. It provides a space to think deeply about your work, develop your clinical skills, and ensure you are supporting your clients safely and effectively. Whether you are a mental health practitioner (trainee or qualified) within the NHS or in private practice, I can offer supervision tailored to your level of experience and your individual professional needs.
