The data collected about you includes your name, date of birth, address, GP details and payment information for sessions. I also collect data about your emergency contact which is only used in situations of risk to yourself or others. Data collected during sessions may include personal data such as medical history.
Data is collected only for the purposes of being able to offer psychological services to you. All data collected is password protected and stored in a safe location. Any data collected is stored within the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). I am also registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). I may keep information about you for up to 8 years following our last contact, as per my insurer’s terms and conditions. You have the right to view any information kept about you.
